In the early 2000’s, in an industrial workshop in Burleigh QLD, there was a man with a bender, roller, and a few saws, looking for a way to make the time honoured T-bar better and flow with the design of a Harley-Davidson motorcycle.

Realising that the bike flowed with the curves of the bike, from the fenders to the wheels, to the tank, the headlight and the radius styled pipes fitted to the motorcycle in turn complimented these curves and he wanted his bars to do the same. Bars that ran with the frame lines but flowed with the curves. They had to be comfortable, they had to optimise the riding position while also improving the contact and feel of the ride.

So he rolled the tube until it flowed with the front curve of the fuel tank, then rolled the risers and spread them until they provided maximum strength. Optimised wrist position, improved contact and feel, maximum strength and curves that flowed seamlessly with the bike, the Roller Bar was born.

This bar set the standards for genuine ‘rider’s handlebars’ for decades to come.
